Our policy is to never share our customer details with other companies wishing to use such information for their own marketing purposes. We only disclose name and address information to third party carriers to enable the successful delivery of your goods.

We will send you an e-mail order confirmation and may also send you further information regarding the progress of your order via e-mail. We will only send you promotional e-mails in the future if you have registered for our newsletter on our homepage. In all e-mails received from us you will have the option to opt out of further e-mails and we will respect your decision.

By submitting your personal information to us, you are consenting to our collection and use of the information as set out in this Privacy Policy. Any changes or revisions to our Privacy Policy will be posted on this website.

Parkmyauto Warranty

All of our products carry a 12 month UK warranty from the date of purchase. If your product becomes faulty in the 1st 5 weeks we will replace this as new. If your product develops a fault from the 6th week of purchase and up to and including 12 months from date of purchase, we would ask that youn return the item to us at your carriage cost and we will arrange for a repair to be carried out (this may take up to 6 weeks dependent on the product). Having repaired the product, we will return it to you at our carriage cost. 

If you have ordered a product wrongly, we would ask that you return this to us in the original packaging including all the components. If the product is complete and the packaging is undamaged, we will provide a full refund less our initial carriage charges within 30 days of purchase. Our NV 536 Digital TV Antenna carries a 60 day money back guarantee and is subject to the same conditions as above. If the packaging is damaged or there are missing items from the container we will retain up to 40% of the original purchase price as a re-stocking/replacement parts fee.

What Happens Next?

First and foremost give us a ring on 0131 555 7040 we are very helpful. If you complain in person or over the telephone, we will try to resolve the complaint on the spot. Similarly, if you complain in writing or by e-mail, we will try to respond promptly and in any case within 5 working days. If this is not possible, we will explain why and give a new deadline.

If you are not happy with the initial response you receive, you can get back in touch with us and we will pass your complaint to a more senior member of staff who will try to resolve it.

If, following your second response, you are still not satisfied, you can ask for your complaint to be referred to the proprietor, Mr. Russell McIntyre
